This is a platformer game. Please read directions below.

1) Arrow keys to move. (Jump is "up" key). Remember to double jump if needed!

1.5) You can also jump using the space key.

2) Jump onto platforms as all platforms are solid.

3) Make sure to touch checkpoints so if you die you can get back to them.

3.5) If you collide with spikes and water, you go back to the nearest checkpoint.

4) Collect as many coins on the way to the end.

5) Click "r" to restart.

A good game to pass time, however, a few things you need to polish up for a better experience are -

  • Truncate the time to simple Integer or else 2 points floating numer.
  • Feels like there's no double jump
  • The player dashes to the top and stays there for a second which feels really odd
  • Control Mechanics could be improved
  • Provide a small gap when the player dies before restarting 
  • Add on quality SFX
  • Improve on the visuals, possibly make the water a bit down, not completely to the edges of the platform
  • Rise the difficulty slowly so that the user can get a chance to adapt to the game environment

Thanks for the feedback! I am improving the provide small gap and visual quality. Also, the double jump does work with the up arrow key (space is a bit laggy) and the player is supposed to dash to the top and stay there for some time. I also really appreciate you commenting!
